What CORAL does — and does not — collect.
RH-01 responses
RH-01™ answers are scored in your browser. If you don’t save a result, your answers never leave your browser, and leaving or refreshing the page clears them. If a signed-in Doctor/Owner chooses to save a result, the answers are sent to CORAL once so its server can recalculate the result; the answers themselves are not stored. CORAL stores only the saved result — the scores, area scores and findings — so it appears in Reef Health History and Ask CORAL can read it. Answers are not reviewed by anyone unless you choose to share them, for example during a CORAL Practice Intelligence Session.
Practice accounts
Creating a practice account stores your email address, your practice name and the records you save. Sign-in is handled by our hosting provider’s authentication service. Only members of your own practice can read your practice’s records; access is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the interface.
Profit Sharing (PS-01) data
Unlike RH-01, Profit Sharing is a saved workspace. Your practice settings, team list, monthly figures and finalized months are stored so you can return to them. Finalized months are kept as permanent historical records and cannot be edited or deleted. Please identify team members by first name or an internal identifier rather than by sensitive personal detail.
Measure data
Your practice chooses whether to record its monthly Measure figures. CORAL’s server calculates the resulting percentages from the figures you enter. Saved measurements are kept as your practice’s history. A correction or withdrawal is saved as a new entry in that history; the original entry is never rewritten or deleted, and a withdrawn value stays in the history marked as withdrawn.
Ask CORAL conversations
Ask CORAL conversations are saved to your practice so you can reopen them, and you can delete any conversation yourself. Your question is sent to an AI provider to produce the answer. Ask CORAL is for operational questions about your practice: it screens for apparent patient identifiers — names, dates of birth, member or chart numbers — and masks them before the question is used or stored. That screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee, so please do not enter patient information. CORAL is not a patient-records system and does not claim HIPAA compliance.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscription payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure form; CORAL never receives or stores card numbers. We store only what we need to know which plan your practice holds — the plan, its status, the current billing period and the provider’s customer and subscription references.
Information you send us
If you email CORAL or book a session, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and anything you choose to write. It is used only to respond to you and to deliver the session you requested.
Scheduling
Session scheduling is handled through a third-party scheduling provider. Information you enter on that provider’s page is handled under that provider’s own privacy practices.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
CORAL uses Google Analytics to understand how the public website is used — which pages are visited, how people move through them, and whether the site performs properly. The way it is set up deliberately limits what it can ever receive: it is sent only anonymous, aggregate signals, and it is restricted from receiving your practice name, your practice or account identifier, your email address, your RH-01 answers or results, your Ask CORAL questions or answers, and your financial or team figures. Google receives ordinary technical request information, such as your browser type, approximate region and referring page.
CORAL itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no advertising pixel, session recording or heat mapping on the site. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookie, and our hosting provider sets a security cookie used to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors. When you sign in, your session is kept in your browser’s own storage so you stay signed in; signing out removes it. Short-lived page storage is also used to carry an RH-01 result from the results page into Ask CORAL within the same browser tab, and it is discarded when that tab is closed. We do not combine any of this into a profile across other websites.
Sharing
CORAL does not sell your information and does not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the website and scheduling described above, or where required by law.
