CORAL — Dental Practice Intelligence

Terms

Plain terms for using CORAL.

Use of this site

The CORAL website, the RH-01™ Reef Health Diagnostic and its results are provided for informational and operational planning purposes. CORAL Dental Practice Intelligence (“CORAL”) is operated by Tyson Becher.

No professional advice

CORAL does not provide clinical, legal, accounting, tax, investment or employment advice, and nothing on this site is a substitute for professional judgment. CORAL works from the information a practice provides and does not manufacture missing data. No specific financial or operational outcome is guaranteed.

RH-01 responses

Reef Health (RH-01) answers are scored in your browser and are not stored by CORAL. A signed-in Doctor/Owner may choose to save a completed result to the practice; CORAL recalculates that result on its own server before saving it, and the individual answers are used only for that calculation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

CORAL Practice Intelligence Session — $100, 60 minutes

The session is a single 60-minute virtual working session. There is no contract, membership or ongoing commitment.

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

CORAL Intelligence and the CORAL Suite are subscriptions priced per practice, not per person: CORAL Intelligence $49/month or $490/year, and the CORAL Suite $99/month or $990/year, which adds the CORAL Profit Sharing System (PS-01) and the CORAL Practice Playbook. The Reef Health Diagnostic and the CORAL calculators are free, and every practice also receives three introductory Ask CORAL questions. Ask CORAL includes 100 answered questions per billing month on CORAL Intelligence and 150 on the Suite; questions Ask CORAL declines to answer are not counted. Practices already subscribed to an earlier plan keep that plan and its price until they change it.

Upgrades start immediately, and your payment provider works out the prorated difference for the rest of the billing month. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; there is no refund for the remaining part of that period. Subscription payments are otherwise generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. If a payment fails, your payment provider retries it on its own schedule, and updating your payment details restores access.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your saved practice records, including finalized Profit Sharing months, are kept.

Ask CORAL

Ask CORAL explains operational information and approved CORAL methodology. It is not a clinician, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, it does not make decisions for your practice, and it cannot change your Reef Health results or your finalized Profit Sharing months. Do not enter patient information: CORAL is not a patient-records system and does not claim HIPAA compliance.

Intellectual property

CORAL, RH-01™ and PS-01™, including their structure, wording and outputs, remain the property of CORAL. You may use your own results freely inside your practice.
